Problems:

COVID, is probably the biggest problem I have during this project. The main thing, everyone will struggle with due to learning from home is motivation to do the work. As it is easy to jus stay in bed and leave the work for later as you're just too comfortable. The solution I have found is to take earlier nights compared to when I was going to college normally. I will then wake up early and start my day of with a quick walk to get woken up a little and get some fresh air. I think this has helped me a lot to stay motivated as I feel like my days are a lot productive and I get a lot more done. I also set myself a schedule for each day of what I want to achieve. This has helped me stay focused and motivated to the work even though I have to battle a massive problem each day of being in Lockdown.

Original plan for the documentary, was to try and get someone from the team in for an interiview. I was going to fly out to Poland, record an interview in a professional Studio which I would've been able to rent due to contacts. As well as shooting some extra footage with them. Due to COVID, I am unable to fly out to Poland and the only alternative I have if they agree for an interview is to record it over zoom, teams or any other platform, getting top quality will be harder as I will be having to explain what to do over the phone. Luckily most of them now are streamers so they know what to do, to make it good. This is the best I can do as there is no over way of shooting an interview with them.

My plan is to get a player that played for the team (pasha, snax, byali, neo, taz ) of them. If for some reason, they all decline or don't respond which I doubt and hope doesn't happen. My plan B for this is to them try their coach and if not then go to someone that has a lot associated with them and the community. The main people I have in mind at the moment would be: Izak (Piotr Skowyrski) who is a Polish E-Sport Commentator/ Streamer and YouTuber, one of the most recognisable figures in Poland when it comes to Counter-Strike. The reason I would try him is that he has been commentating games before the team even formed so he has been here like me, from the beginning all the way to the end, commentating each game they played. I think he would be an amazing choice as he has a massive knowledge of the whole sport especially the team and it's history and I think he will be able to provide me with huge amount of knowledge. Alternatively I could possibly get one of the most popular CS:GO commentators that have commentated almost every minor and major tournaments since CS:GO came out. Anders Blume would also be able to provide me with a massive amount of knowledge an information regarding the team as he is very familiar with them and their history. I could also go down the route of getting the best analyst in CS:GO history. YNK(Janko Paunovic), his knowledge personally I think would be next level as his job is to literally watch how the team play and each move and behaviour during tournaments. So, he would be able to tell when the team is slowly falling apart and not playing like they should be.

Overall, I think I would aim to either go with Piotr Skowyrski or Janko Paunovic.

I was going to have a video call with 2 CSGO players, one is pro player and played for Virtus. Pro in late 2018 (Michal Muller) and another CSGO player that is currently Number 1 in Poland. My initial goal was to go for a video call with both of them. Unfortunately, they both declined that offer and said they would prefer to do it without a video. I had to think of an alternative and I came up with the idea of doing a normal interview without audio and just add game footage on top of it which was something they suggested themselves too.

I was planning on having 2 interviews unfortunately one of the people that agreed to do it decided to start ignoring me and not replying a couple of days before the interview. I kept trying messaging and asking but no response. The solution and only solution I came up with was to just use one interview and see how it fits, it is bad I can have a backup person that is willing to do it for me so that will be a solution in case 1 isn't enough.
